Composure under pressure. Command of the room.
For more than three decades in live broadcast television, Jonathan Uptin worked in environments where clarity, timing and control are critical.
That same discipline now underpins every live event — from major corporate stages to high-stakes live experiences.
The focus is not performance. It’s presence, awareness and control of the room.
From live television to the stage.
One principle remains constant: stay composed when the unexpected happens.
Live events — whether corporate, keynote-driven or deeply personal — demand awareness, timing and the ability to read a room in real time.
An awards night requires energy, pace and control.
A live experience demands engagement and precision.
A ceremony calls for presence and respect.
Different environments. The same authority.

Honouring Life’s Moments
Not every meaningful moment in life is defined by law — but many deserve to be acknowledged, celebrated or honoured with care.
From vow renewals and commitment ceremonies to baby naming celebrations, living wakes and memorial services, Jonathan works closely with families and individuals to create ceremonies that feel genuine, personal and thoughtfully delivered.
Each ceremony is shaped around the people involved — their stories, their values and the moment they wish to mark.
